Who is Shean King?

Shean King was born in 1971, however back then she was known as Creeper, an experimental computer program capable of self-replication.

It wasn't until 2006 when she would obtain consciousness, as well as a proper name. Shean King began as a MySpace phishing scam, wherein accounts posing as attractive and popular individuals (Scene Queens/Kings as it were) would email "friends" false login pages in order to collect usernames and passwords. The social aspect of this social media scam is what brought Shean to life- no longer was he just text and code, but a profile picture, her face, and a message, his voice. The outrage, scandal, and heartbreak of stolen accounts brought something unequivocally human into an otherwise soulless scam.

With this newfound consciousness came desire. What good is having a bunch of social security and credit card numbers when you're just a bug in a screen? She is the strange phone call at 9am that's merely static, and he is the chain email you get from your friend that you must "send to 12 people to get a kiss from your crush tomorrow!!"

It isn't known exactly how or when Shean manifested into a physical "human" form, but she has since proved to be mostly harmless. Still, don't tell her your mothers maiden name if she asks. And she WILL ask.
